^Bingo... even dynos calculate your HP based on the instantaneous torque and the RPM at which it was achieved (with a conversion factor). 1000 HP 200 TQ engines can get these numbers by spinning at nuts RPM, and vice versa for the 15L diesels

torque and horsepower are indeed related no matter how it is looked at..the only variable is the outcome product..
ie more HP vs Torque or more Torque vs HP I would love some pics of this project or anyone elses as I too am doin this swap in a 91 in my garage...and even though I am almost done I wouldlike to see if i went wrong anywhere |
