Hi, I am a n00b on this forum. I used to own an RX-8 until it got smashed by a bigger vehicle and pushed into a guard rail (I had it as a winter beater for almost 2 winters.) After that I just jumped around between an evo 8, f-350 dually crew cab long bed 6.0l diesel, 94 miata, 76 bmw 2002.

But this whole time I had the 99 miata project. For the longest time the plan was to put in a BP1.8 that came out of the car originally but with some forged h-beam rods, wiseco pistons, ported and polished head, TII trans and diff. <- I already had the engine built on the engine stand when I decided to go with a rotary

I decided to change to goal and put a 13b, at first it was going to be just a medium street port (from pineapple) with a gt35r and a dry sump setup utilizing MS-II v3.0.

After some thinking and getting a 13b - S5 N/A - I started reading and I'm still on the line if I should do a MFR peripheral port, or an Xtreme Rotaries Turbo PP.

Some input would be greatly appreciated.

As far as the dry sump setup, I will be using a Dailey 3 or 4 stage pump, 5gallon tank, and a 1" 7075 alu plate as an oil pan.

So far.... I have these parts already in my garage.

Interior:

- Memory Fab s58 red seats (x2)

- G-Force 6pt cam-lock harness' (x2)

- '90 Dash (no airbags)

- fully stripped interior, I am keeping A/C just in case I decide to take the car out on the streets on a day above 80*

- some gauges (dual EGT from pineapple, wbo2, oil pressure, oil and coolant temp, boost gauge, turbo timer)

- 1.75" DOM tubing and a mandrel bender

Exterior:

- Autokonexion v1 rear trunk (fiberglass)

- stock side skirts for a 2000

- 16x8 002 wheels in satin black

- some paint (grauschwarz for the whole body, red for the cage and mirrors)

Drivetrain:

- S5 N/A shortblock

- TiAL 44mm WG

- TiAL-Q bov

- S5 TII trans that I am trying to sell

- S5 TII diff (rebuilt)

- Aluminum drievshaft

Suspension/Brakes:

- TII 4piston calipers in the front

- Brembo 2 piston rear calipers - evo 8

- Fortune-Auto 510 coilovers

- 5 lug conversion

As far as the engine, I am really on the line if I should go MFR n/a PP or xtreme rotaries turbo PP.

If I go with a turbo PP, which turbo should I go with?

Photos will be posted later.
