When hot the engine will cut out, then run again and continue this while the accelerator pedal is held to the floor. This happens above 5000 rpm. The car is a 1987 RX7. It does not have a turbo or any aftermarket performance items. We are using the car for autocrossing and this if very annoying. Any suggestions of where to look for a solution
