Ok, so I have an 88 TII with all of the emissions stuff removed and an fcd. I took it to the local 1/4 mile last friday and it ran a 16.9 at 67mph. At high rpms the engine has no power. It used to do it at 4500, but I replaced the tps and I though that got rid of it. It seems like fuel cut to me, is there any way to check the fcd?

Kinda sounds like secondaries are not working.

Well, 1st gear will redline, but 2nd is around 6 grand, 3rd is around 5 something and so on (or at least thats how it seemed at the track). It's not a stumble, it falls flat on it's face. It will act as if the gas pedal was completely depressed until it drops about 500rpm and then it will have a little burst of acceleration. I know that my tps is not adjusted properly because it bounces around under 2000, does that have anything to do with it? I can get it on video if that would help any.

So what's the new 1/4-mile time?

Well, it came back. I checked the lights again and both lit, so I adjusted again and now it consistantly cuts off at 6k.
