Went to M'Trix to visit my engine and give it a hug. The ports were as sweet as Judge Ito's but on the other side it was chipped (the part that sticks out like an edge). Should I care, since it won't effect performance? I don't think Mazda should have passed it by quality control. I know i'll never see it when it's in the bay but the **** perfection thing bugs me sometimes.

I'll post pics of the streetport when I can. It's not painted but I beleive that's extra and I don't think that helps with expansion/contraction. I can't frrekin wait to drive her again ...the agany, woes me!!!

You know how there is like a lip on the rotor housing where it mates to the center housing (spark plug side) ...that lip is chipped off like it was dropped and landed on that side.
