is there any difference between the s4 and s5 housings (on an N/A)? Are the port sizes any different? I'm rebuiding an engine with a friend (it's an s4) and I want to put s5 rotors in it, port it, and buy it from him. Isn't it also true that polished s4 intakes work better with large porting jobs anyway?

You need to be a little more specific here. Your asking about s4 and s5 housings. Which housings? rotor housings or side housings?

I know they work together. I mean are any of the ports different? Intake ports, exhaust ports, or anything else?
