Re: broken side seal -- Who's porting template did you use and was there alot of metal cut into the short radius of the intake port outlet?



Also, what colour were the metal shavings? Copper? Are they magnetic?

While I'm thinking about it, take a peek at all four crank bearings and the bearing journals on the crankshaft.
