ok... i recently changed all four turn signal bulbs now the both front and rear left turn bulbs are out.... in the dome lights power goes to the bulb is self but wont light the bulb now could one of the main fuses in the engine compartment be blown... if so how do i know... and... for the first time ever i turned the key to the position before start and for the first time i heard it beepbeep, beepbeep never have i heard that and it will only do it once in a while... and the a/c only works once in a while please help me solve this.... there has to be a short somewhere or a fuse blown but i've over checked all of them several times ...

thank you agian

dunno, just check the fuses if you suspect them... they can be inspected visually pretty easily. Check for shorts in the sockets, if bulbs keep blowing out there is a short somewhere pulling too much current through the blub, the filament will probably burn up behaving like a fuse before the intended fuse will if theres a short somewhere in the circuit.

Not sure what else ... I think I would have to look at it to be of more help.
