hi fellas
i have cooked my 13b . all the internals are in good condition
besides the slots for the apex seals have closed up on the front rotor just in the corners i have filed them back to normal to have a .04mm clearance but what is to say they wont do it again and loose compression . can somebody please explain what has caused this because the rear rotor is fine.

also who else has fun pulling down a block with dowels without damaging anything, i soaked it for weeks but it was like the through bolts were machined too tight can i machine them down a little and still have a strong engine.

if you overheated the engine really bad, then it could simply have been pinched from the housing warping or trying to warp (but the dowels interfered).
