I currently have a FD3S with a GT35/40R Single Turbo Conversion,



And I am looking to pull the motor out, and rebuild it, as it is close to 60K with a rebuild that is known to me,



No the question i have on the porting the engine, I have searched and can't find any information



I no the Primary Port and Secondary port are different size's but if I went for a Mild / Extended Street port would I be making the port the same size on both the Primary and Secondary port?



Also what is the biggest port I can run on a GT35/40R turbo?

if your going to do the porting yourself. buy a porting template and use that.

this way you dont have to worry about how big to go or port shape. just trace and be careful...

 

Keep them on the smaller side; especially the primaries. No reason to go big as alot of the time it's not better.
