2 is the 9954-10-3801 distributor o ring
3 is n350-14-604 metering pump o ring
4 9954-10-1601 oil filter base o rings
looks like you're missing a dowel pin o ring
the o ring set doesnt come with any more than that, thats why its cheap

Distributor o-ring, it's for the crank angle sensor ?

This kit comes with oil o-rings and I paid the same price without oil o-ring and rear and front seals.

As you mentioned - you are missing a Dowel Pin O-Ring...yes, that O-Ring Is for the CAS...why Is your Teflon Ring Blue? Mine was White.
On the inner o-ring I don't see any seam is it normal that should be placed near the intake port ? In the haynes and on the video tape they talk about that.
And why there is only 4 o-ring for the dowel pins ? Why it's only the upper dowel pins that need o-ring

There is a seam... look for a thin, orange stripe, about 1mm wide.
Oil flows through the upper dowels, from the rear to the front iron; this is how oil gets to the front stationary gear and MOP feed. As the oil pressure climbs up to 70+ psi, o-rings are used the oiling system stays sealed.
No oil moves through the lower dowels, so no o-rings are needed.
