How about using the insert to get the general shape at the end of the port? use this to create an insert or an aluminum plug, drill 3 holes in it and anchor it to the inside of the port. Use Devcon to fill in behind it and then shape it for flow. I'll go ahead and make a picture of what I mean once I get home. This should be bullet proof.

There are Eleventy-Bizillion types of DEVCON, make sure to read the product Data Sheets to get the right type!

Also the upper port without the sleeve is going to be very turbulent. How would we be able to prepare the port for epoxy to make it flow more like the secondaries?

just my $1.50...
This is similiar to Bruce Turrentines technique for removing the sleeves on a six-port as outlined in his video

how long do you expect this engine to last.....seems to me, by joining the bridges you took away from its strength. By the way, i have a fully bridge ported six port engine. I use it as a street car, and it idles between 1400 and 1500. You are definitely going to need bigger injectors. Im running 4 650cc right now, but i wanna run 650 primaries and 850 secondaries. Get something to manage the fuel too so you can lean it out at the low end. I love the way mine pulls ever since i added the 650s all the way around. good luck.

i think the reliabilty is no worse then doign this to a turbo plate, i have a bridge suported in the middle and each length from one end to the bridge support is shorter then the turbo plate so i think its pretty strong. the stock 460 cc incjectors shoud be good for about 220 at wheels with a 13.5 AFR. i donno if i will get more then that with this port since i am not gonna rev passed 8500 as of now. i do have a haltech e6k that i will be using so i am not worried about controlling the fuel delivery.

I dunno. My engine felt starved with the stock injectors. It really made a difference when i upgraded. Pulls smooth and all the way to 8500. Everyone always says that NAs dont need fuel, but think about the amount of air that in entering that engine. Dont be afraid to dump fuel at it.
