This is the direction this has me thinking. Take those two holes and treat them as if they were the throttle body on a GM TBI.

Also the upper port without the sleeve is going to be very turbulent. How would we be able to prepare the port for epoxy to make it flow more like the secondaries?

exactly, i was thinking abotu that too, i might weld a piece in there to help teh flow

I would be worried about the epoxy coming loose!



Couldn't that happen if you used the filler?

Others here have used it with success. Whats the name of the stuff Racing Beat sells. Its a 2 part metallic epoxy... *not JB weld!*... lol

I would be mainly concerned about the expansion properties of the epoxy with heat and cold..



I don't have much experience with epoxy, though. Curious if you guys can answer any of my questions..

Yup thats the stuff. I hear you just gotta apply it in layers to allow each layer to cure and set. Then after that its time for the grinder.
