after my streetported engine and last dyno of 165 at wheels i wasnt happy enouf with the power and after my sad engine blow shortly after (due to non engine rebuild failure that i wont mention here) i have decide ever since to go with a full bridge. My goal was to no build the engine for above stock RPM, which is 8500 on a stock s5. so i was hoping to get about 220-230 whp. i wont be using the 6 port sleeves and at this moment i havent decided if i will join the 2 round inlet holes at the side of the housing, i wont join the ports at the rotor because the bridge would be too long and most likely not strong nenouf to last a while. this is a street car and a "daily" driver as well as weekend racer. i am gonna go with a custom intake manifold tha ti will be makign and stock throttle body. none of the stock inatake manifolds will be used. i am also using a haltech and stock injectors and fuel pump for now, if i run out of fuel i will upgrade. the primaries are also gonna be bridged and that is gonna be a TII housing. on the intake manifold i will have 3 large pipes, one will be blended in to the primary housing and then to the primary TB plate and then each of the secondary will be the other pipe. the TB will be modified to only open the primary plate with the throttle and teh secondary plates will open at a set rpm and that will open all teh rest of the ports on the side housings. i will have pics for more info and clarity.

That is looking excellent. Remeber to concentrate where the bridgeport opens and closes inside the port walls. give it as much flow and angle as you can. great Job so far.

I am not too sure about the blending the circular ports togeteher though. Wouldn't the port be too large so as to maintain flow velocity? This is something I have been thinking for my own but I think maybe changing the shape of each individual port so as to give each of the port openings the best possible flow might be more beneficial.

Don't you need to use one piece apex seals for a full bridge?

In the first pic I see that it was ported into the water seal, will that hurt reliability or will the seal stay in place?
