How do you think that would respond with a big old turbo bolted to it?
My goal is 500rwhp on nitrous oxide. Haltech E6k [/quote]

With those ports its very possible.Just run a 150 shot of direct port and make sure it gets a shitload of fuel.Make sure it doesn't run lean. What times are you looking to get with it??

That port job is pure overkill you need to make some templates of the badass port job. :yum:

Right now the fastest rotary engine on nitrous oxide is a Mazda Miata(with a 13B MFR engine) running 8.55 @153mph. I'm looking to run 8.49@155mph and become the fastest Rotary on N20 in the planet. An extremly hard goal, but I'm up for the challenge. If you guys want to see pics of the Rx3 let me know. Now that I have a digi-cam I could take pics and put them up.

Speed, if it wasn't for this nitrous oxide challenge that I took, I would be turbo charging. Many times I have been tempted to go turbo charge. Is so much easier to make power. But I already took this challenge 3 years ago. Back when I took the challenge the fastest N/a on n2o was running 8.97@148mph. For my intake manifold I have the Cosmo 13BRE one. But I'm going to custom make a different manifold. The Cosmo manifold already has the feeds for the semi p-port, but Cosmo manifold has some really large runners reducing some air velocity for N/A power. I'm already building a different Manifold when I'm done Ill host pics.

All rise... Judge Ito presiding.

LOOKS GREAT!

that's a skinny lil' ol' bridge :bigok:

Nice reliefs on the rotor housing too.

Must be really close to the o-ring?

Your pport looks the same size as Scoots'.

Yours definitely opens sooner than his.

I'm curious about the intake too...

4bbl or EFI

Steve C.
Steve, if I had the time to just do some R&D on all different types of porting I would be in rotary heaven. I'm so busy at my shop that right now is not that easy. But I have some nice ideas running through my head every single day, but I just need more time. They say Men think about Sex 260 times per day, I think of how to make rotary engine power about 300 times per day

Thanks Racer X. Once I get some time Ill run to the machine shop. But at the level of work in my shop, it's really hard to even have lunch sometimes.
