What intake manifold and primary fuel rail is that?



EDIT: I'm guessing turbo since I don't have much experience around T2's... =p

Based on my unfortunate experience of having ruined two good pair of rotor housings, the bakinng process donne for the coating will warp them to unusable spec.

Perhaps bake them while bolted together as an entire assembly? What temp are they baked at?

That's the exact same thing as overheating a motor. If that motor exhibits coolant-drinking symptoms from the get-go, then you'll know why Iceblue. The baking process done on ours a few years ago was 450*F for 30 minutes. Zap!

I think you missed something. I did not and do not powder coat them I painted them. They were only subdued to atmosphere temperatures.



A long personal friend has a powder coater I have not used it yet but he said he just puts little parts in the oven at 250F.
