Thumbs up

how difficult would it be if when i got a rebuild to keep my blown block and rebuild it with a rebuild kit..like the block isnt blown yet but it needs to be rebuilt..so how difficult would that be..and when i got it rebuilt and all the parts pout on there to drop it in an old vw beetle..just wondering

Depends on how blown it is. Sometimes you need an entire engine...everything. As for putting it in a VW, I hope you have some good fabrication skills.

they have an adaptor for the bellhousing so it will bolt to the stock tranny, the mounts should be pretty simple after that

your block is required with all rebuilds if i am not mistaken. and if there are new parts that are used, they are not suitable for another engine anyway.......that is if i got the jist of what you were asking....you would essentiall have to have 2 good cores.....

im just gonna pay the core charge..and if not that then im gonna buy a motor from him..he has plenty here at the loacal rx-7 shop..so your saying i would be better off buying all new parts to go on the block..like new manifolds and all that good stuff?..so in other words it would go in the beetel somewhat easily..just that bellhousing then it bolts right up?
