well how much hp does a 89 nt have

 

ok, for an 89 N/a, go for a healthy streetport, RB road race header/dual midpipe and muffler and slap a weber 48 DCOE on it. Easily over 200HP.

Almost same result with a RB holley set-up. You won't get the same power level with stock EFI. You will need a lot more cash for aftermarket fuel management systems.

Question is.....how much cash do you have?
