how why where

ive heard of people p porting there own howsings before i want to know how,

i heard they did it with a lathe or a mill i have acess to these,

but even if i cut the hole could i get the sleeve to fit in.

then if you get the sleeve in how do you gring it flush.

and repleys apreciated.
