Depending on the length and the return wave generated from the rotors why would the middle runners always get more air?
Isin't this were tuning comes into play, no matter what type of intake your using/making/fabricating?
If you're talking about fine tuning fuel injectors on certain primary or secondary runners to keep AFR's in check, then yes this is a band aid way of doing it.
