When the rotor housing look like that, its usually caused by alot of hi rpms runs. Also, coolant seals will change size when subjected to hot coolant flowing over them. Just my .02, CJ

PP13Bnos: This isn't an episode of Seinfeld discussing Shrinkage.

The O-Ring is NOT the proper size for the Groove Dimensions. PR may have a fine reputation for racing engines and porting. But theis "5 yr rebuild" was not assembled correctly, and I am not sending it back to the shop where the guy who answered the phone (because Rob is too busy to talk

) said and I quote: " Rob said just to add some Prestone Block Sealer to it"

BTW, car had 6 dyno pulls on it. The run sheets have been posted. Car was not OVER-REVVED MANY times. I pulled red-line. Are you saying this car is not capable of pulling redline?

I do not have 20+ years experience building rotary engines. I paid for that experience to be utilized in building this engine. I don't think 20+ years of engine building experioience is eveident in this engine. Maybe this is one if the engines assembled by the employees the shop let go?
