I forgot to mention that the bolts for the reat mounts on the gearbox were sheared off and left in place, as well as one of the bolts holding the wastegate actuator to the manifold.

Petros and I worked together on our cars and sent/received our first Pineapples within a month or so of the each other during 2002. Against my advice, we took his first motor out and sent it back. Rob took it apart and reported that everything looks good and is within spec but he sent the plates out to be lapped.
The motor went back in in July 2003 and seems to be holding up after 5,000 or so miles but I don't have too much faith on a long life.
