Thats awesome Judge Ito! Does the 91 have an aftermarket exhaust or will the 190+ hp be with the stock exhaust?

Thanks for the reply. Those are some big ports. :bigok: So, you're still using the sleeves?

I am curious about fuel consumption, and durability of these ports, where are they on that? (your professional opinion on life span, since this is a new one) I may have to send you some housings, or get a template, if it isn't that hard of a port to perform

Cool. My S4 has a similar set up with the mazdatrix duals and streetport. I have been running without the sleeves since September but I think I will put some pineapple ones in. I used old housings and have been a little curious what kind of power I am making. The thing screams pretty good over 4 grand.

with any port your going to have more fuel consumption. I would say it's all up to how hard you push that gas pedal. If you drive normal expect a bit more fuel consumption then a stock port.(gas flows better and faster with ports) Now for durability, these ports were ported with that in mind. If you look better at the ports you will see I didn't port towards the corner seal side of the engine(side where corner seals runs at). Porting towards that part of the plate exposes the corner seals and side seals to the open port of the engine and sometimes(if not careful) will create some early damage to the sideseals. This type of port is done to be reliable and looking to make some nice power. I was going over the 6port actuation the other day on this engine. They weren't working, I got them to work and the car feels pretty good when the 5&6 ports kick in.
