I don't think so, will try it out before I deside what to do with the blueprints.

Yes, I will fabricate the bolt self. Havn't got any more info about that at the moment though...

Haha, no Thats just for "commercial use"

Me and my friend have drawned some light-weight rotors that he want's to try out in his FD3S.

Don't stock rotors have internal passageways for oil to pull heat from the combustion face? Or am I wrong? If they do, how would you make that in a CNC/mill application (since I'm pretty sure stock rotors are cast)? Or are you planning to cut down a stock rotor like other builders do?

The design showing is planed to come with three pieces. One skeleton, and two plates. But we are just drawing for fun right now. I have other things to come first





Tonight I have made me and fixture to help me with the 3 holes in each lobe on the main e-shaft.

This does so I don't need to pre-drill with big tool-holders as result.

Now I just "continue" drilling i these holes into the shaft. The 35mm will help me to steer to the right position.
