Hey I just got a FD and I know nothing about rotory engines at all. Just reading about them. But from what I have read I think I want a 3 rotor engine to put in. I believe it is a 20b right? I was wondering if anyone had a pros and cons of 2 vs. 3 rotor and also where I could get a 3 rotor, and is street porting it a good thing to do. Also should I switch out the apex seals to ceramic seals once i get it to ensure best quality seals and if so who makes good quality ceramic seals. Also i would like to get rid of the rats nest as it seems to be a pain in the ***. so is making the twins parrell best or just going single? i don;t want to have a slow spool up or anything. thanks that is for now haha.

Mmm.... All the questions you have asked , has already been asked before . You can search for an answer but i guess you are lazy ..haha..

The stock apex seals work great with done right and with proper clearance . There is really no need for cermaic seals , may be just a little peace of mind on your part . Some drag cars push out 600+ hp are still using the stock apex seals .

There are many threads about going pararell and going single . It all comes down to preference . Define slow spool up ?

I think for now you need to read up on your RX-7 . Do reliablity mods first and than go from there ....

Congrats on getting a FD ...

ps; this really should be in the 3rd Gen sub forum .
