12a apex seal width issues, help

i've just purchased a set of apex seals and corner seals from e-bay that were sold as 12a mazda without original boxes!!
The problem i have is that the new one's are thinner @ 2.8mm & 70mm long compared the the old ones of 3.4mm width. so they are very loose in the rotor.
my question is can i use these seals or not or should i send them back?? Please help
