I started getting into drifting and then remembered some word of the show and decided to download some of it. So i guess it had no affect on me what so ever, I would eventualy be drifting if the show was around or not.

I only just got a hold of the first english volume. I've read all the mangas that have been released. Road racing has been popular in my hometown for a while. My firend drives a 94 mustang and mops up the competition. His stang is almost always in the garage, however. I like it, but don't have the cash. I haven't been home in almost a year, so I don't know if it's really kicked up since initial d like it did when the fast and the furious came out. All of a sudden all these dipshits were drag racing. Didn't have a clue what they were doing. I'm afraid It'll get stupider, and some cars will become one with telephone polls.

i knew about drifting from imported mags and shows b4 initial d but was never as interested until i finally saw the show. hooked me on drifting hell sometimes ill listen to knights of fire in my car and get the sudden urge to drop it to second and take the turn at insane haichi roku speeds, but then i think about the damage to my car the bloodstains fo the innocent pidestrians id probably hit and the not so fun jail time id spend for spinning my car into like a childrens hospital or something.... that and i dont wanna **** up my rims on a curb
