unfortunatly here in the US we have an over inflation of 16-25 year olds with extremly bad taste and a love for f&f.... And I have to live with it..

Is japan a nice place to live?

Im looking at leaving this "terrorist" country for awhile.

lol.. well ive been doing alot of looking around and it seems quite a few people in okinawa speak english. Which is a huge plus for me if i move to another country. Japanese seems pretty hard to learn, im sure its not as hard when eveyone speaks it. Perhaps I will just visit for awhile

I don't understand why everyone gets upset when there is hype about drift.....I love it. I think it is cool when people try to be something they are not. There is an abundance of people in Japan as well who pose. Before I hated posers, now they are my amusement. I always invite them to autocross events, touge the circuit.....but they never show. This amplifies the fact that they are posers. Look out at car show time especially the TAS My god they come in droves!!!! the parking lot at the Messe is full of GTr's Ferrari....how do you spell that?? and other "race" cars that never get driven. Last year we were spending the night tying my friends S-13 together from where he made a mistake drifting. What really gets me pissed off is when posers in their freshly waxed cars giggle and laugh at Drifters who have messed up panels and so on or your wheels are dirty from brake dust and stuff. They turn to thier stupid girl and say heheh man he fucked up and thinking to himself that he is the **** cuz his car is all nice looking. Well to all posers and chicken **** ******** keep on posin and driving neon light hondas. Every time I see a poser I look them in the eye and shake thier hand then wink at his girl cuz she knows she is datin a POSER..... The only problem I have with the Hype is that I cannot be a part of it, knowing I have the skills but someday I will be there competing and all those posers will know who is real and who is not.

Let Drift get big let everyone want to be a drifter......most will fail some will succeed but there will always be that 10% that just POSES by thier car never accomplishing a thing with it.

I went to a Silvia meet yesterday. There were about 5-6 kids out there who had just bought their cars. I asked one kid why he bought his silvia, and he told me because it was drift spec.

now thats a drift badge of honor I know I got introduced to drifting while I lived in Japan..loved it right away...loved it even more when I got my first ride with a drifter...man he rung me out. chokudoris all the way up the road. well I never stopped...building my fc for lots of motor sports but with drifting the main area.. JT is right its a good place to be if you get friendly with the people..and the language takes some time to get used to. but once you learn what certain words mean (the ones that make it a question) you can get buy easy enough
