I love reading Howard Coleman's posts about coil-overs. Very good stuff.

But I'm not sure if his advice (550 front/450 rear) is based on cars that open track with R compounds.

That EVX 1 system for $1000 has 650 front and rear. Whereas the FLEX is close to Howard's recommendations.

Just curious what you guys use…please also include R tires or not, and which shocks.

And just for ***** and giggles, can you give brief description of street manners (I know its highly subjective and its also not my main concern).
