This is a total crock! I've been driving a twin or triple for the better part of the last 7yrs. They are actually easier to drive than an upgraded single(ACT for example), do to the fact that they can use a lower pressure clutch cover because of the increased surface area.



Yes they make triples for FD's, Dragon has one in his car.

Igy's right. I have been driving a twin plate for over two years now. I have driven both the ACT extreme(whatever the top power holder ACT makes) and the clutchmaster stage 5. Both were extremely hard to drive when compared to my twin plate. Does anyone else make twin plates for FDs? I thought I saw something from blitz or HKS some where. Is Gilken the best?

And I was going by the fact that you made it very clear that SOMEONE ELSE told you that a twin was harder to drive. I'm not taking issue with you I'm taking issue with the people that have never driven a twin and are spreading there theories as fact. Basically what 93R1 said. Doesn't anyone else get tired of hearing someone's opinion passed on as fact? Doesn't anyone else get pissed when they buy something that is supposed to work, and they find out that they have to spend more money to make it work? Sorry I was misunderstood.

It really pisses me off when people tell others they need this and that etc and they have no idea what in the hell they are talking about. It also causes people to blow engines and spend a lot of $ they don't have. This also pisses me off.



I have a triple plate ORC (Ogura Racing) clutch and it's also easier to drive than a strong single ever thought of being. The clutch pedal is a little softer than the OS Giken Twin, but the OS Twin is a little easier to actually drive. As for the push/pull kit and throw out bearing we can get them here in Japan. JT Imports should be able to pick one up for you.
