I am in the process of building custom rails for the FC guys, and I am sorry to say, but that is some pretty shady workmanship. I would really consider sending them back and ordering from a different company.

well, I'm not getting any response from them. So here goes:



K2RD. The fuel rail is for a 20b engine.



....and to think, I was going to buy a Haltech E11 from them as well......

did ya try calling 'em? Jut say that you're concerned about the thread quality and see what they recommend.

I ordered a fuel rail from ATP Turbo. It also looked like the one you have. Very poor workmanship. I could only get the fitting to go in one complete thread. Again very poor workmanship and quality control. Called and e-mailed them. Said they would send another one but 2 months later and still no replacement. Good luck with getting this corrected. I think if it was a defective part they would resolve this but it is there workmanship that is questioned.

k2rd told me that they will replace it with another one. Let's see if they'll follow through.......
