I have tried numerous times and still no luck. I have tried 3 different sealents, about 10 different adapters and nipples. So far I have used tefflon liquid, tefflon tape, and some kind of blue **** that doesnt dry. Im seriously thinking about giving up and selling the car as is. My car has been down a extra month becuase of my fuel rail problem. I have eliminated pulsation dampner and the banjo bolt. Can anybody give me any advice to what to do now? Does anybody ,make aluminum fittings? I was thinking of maybe going that way and have everything welded together. Please help me.

if your adapeter are ntp they should seal fine. If they are strait threads you may need to use a crush washer at the end. Find a store that sells earls or aeroeuip fittings and you should be fine.

I dont want to invest alot of money in something that may not work. I want a sure thing. Like welding, but I cannot find aluminum adapters or fitting. Whats cuasing this stuff to leak? If the threads are worn then wouldnt that be the problem? Now im just using a nipple that screws into the rail and it 3/8 npt I think. Tonight Im going to try and cut about 3/8 inch of the rail and see how that does it.

Amps, does that rail come with fittings/adapters already screwed in?

Are you sure its the rail? I went threw the same thing. Turned out to be the injectors leaking, once they warmed up.

I have an extra rail if you are interested?
