325iX? I thought they were all manual. Maybe not, can't quite remember.
And yeah they'll be higher mileage, they're getting on in years. I'd be less worried about high miles on a BMW than on a lot of other cars though.

Those 325ix came in 2 door and 4 door with a/t of m/t transmissions. They weighed in at 2955# with the manual tranny I do believe. They are still pretty pricey. But they are worth it. Most of them can be found in Colorado or here in Washington it seems. Most all have a ton of miles on them. But that's OK. They can take it. These cars are about as reliable as bricks. They were still pretty simple back then. I almost bought one but the scumbag used car salesman sold it out of under me. A red 2 door '89 325ix. Mmm mmm good. Have to love a rearward biased AWD system (37% front / 63 % rear IIRC). They are a wonderful car to drive. Unlike the newer BMW's, this generation still allows the driver to feel like they are driving a small nimble car. I don't like the newer ones for this. Too many gadgets, too heavy, and too cushy feeling.
