I would certainly hope so. But then I have alot of money that I saved by not buying the 6k pound pig.

Some of the AMG mercs handle that much and more. Id' like to see how big/heavy the 'boxes need to be for that

If merc doesnt offer a manual AMG model in either Europe or the states (where there has been a bit of demand for one), why would they elsewhere, and why couldnt they just import one? The answer is cause there are no manual AMGs currently offered (and i dont think there ever have been either)

The only Benzes with manual are the C-Class and SLK-Class and only the non-AMGS.

I forgot about this thread...........

A guy I used to work with had 2 early 90's 190e 2.3-16valve cars. These were early AMG assembled cars, prior to AMG being part of Mercedes. 1 was manual 1 was an auto. Not many were brought over here from what he said.

I now work with a guy from the Netherlands who grew up there. He has driven quite a few manual trans AMG cars according to him. Nothing crazy like the v12's but still AMG cars. I'll get more specifics from him.

I also saw a mid 90's SL500 that AMG had done some work to it. It was a manual. It was a grey market car though.
