No clue on how ya did but props to ya for winning...
I got an 89 GT and am a match most of the time for a stock FD...
I am pretty stock...
My guess is he had high miles and an auto... and something was sick on his ride.. But props to ya.

Hey twin stangs do you like the styling on the 03 cobra. My friend and I don't like the front lip or the back spoiler thing. We do like the GT side scoops though. He has an 01 cobra with a steeda wing, flows, and some interior ****. He is saving up for a supercharger.

Am not sure on the body... But I do like the fact that it is now easier to tell a cobra apart from a GT or a V6....
I think a 99-01 Cobra with a lysholm style supercharger Will kick some serious ***! or an Autorotor supercharger. But I see the 03 cobra's easily picking up hp!!! A chip pulley exhaust and removal of the cold air intake will get the car well into the 11's!! Not bad!!!
Plus the 03's actually handle better and the rear suspension is beefed up so it is actually easier to launch and can handle more power. Not to mention the T56 tranny aluminum driveshaft and 3.55 gearing...
I have a few videos' of the the 03 Cobra racing on the street already.. It just barely looses to a T/a with N20 and and exhaust! Just barely!!!

american cars arent gay.i love some damn cobras too.has ford fixed those head gasket problems though?never liked camaro though.yes i have had some mustang guys talk **** too me,thats cuz he was drunk at the time and wanted some runs that was it.no other stangs talk ****.they all give me thumbs up on my 3rd gen.i actually,b4 i moved, hung out with stangs just cuz they r fun too run.them and the motorcycles are the only ones that would.everyone else was like no way man.ur car would spank me man.thats phat man.my 28 inch rims and 20 15" subwoofers cant hang man.oh there was this one time a damn cavalier with a 10-15lb bottle of zex(not sure how much,either it was too much or not enuff)on a nonbuilt engine that wanted to race me.i laughed at him but when i went out to run the streets i never seen his ricer *** try get some.alot of ppl post honda kills ive noticed.i dont even waste my gas.i laugh at him for revvin and boppin his head at me.but if ,but if we r still driving the same road and he tries to be bad and does the speed up and slow down ****,then i will fly right by him.i will then slam on my brakes just so he can catch up and do the same to them.they will then ignore me and feel stupid.

Smaller blower pulley and removed the spare tire and jack!

Slicks exhaust blower pulley and removal of the air intake silencer we may have an 11.7-11.9 car here!!
The car dropped from 12.47 at 114 to 12.01 at 118 with just the blower pulley and removal of spare tire!

mustangs are so common though...i play a game on road trips, where we spot mustangs, calling them 'ponies'...1 point for a 90's bodystyle, 2 points for the ones that look like twinstangs and older, if you call a cop, the other person looses a point...we can get about 3 games to 10 points in on a 3 hour roadtrip...that's a lot of stangs.

But anyway those are still impressive #'s yes I know it is a stang. Hell look at all the points you would get with your game if you just looked at my driveway. But for a car to run 11's with less than a grand of aftermarket stuff done to it. Is not bad at all!!
Plus you can easily change back to the old pulley for warranty reasons!
