I just saw some of the first 03 Cobra dyno runs posted in a mag.
381 RWHP and 374 ft lbs of Torque stock
Removed Air Silencer only
394 RWHP and 375ft lbs of Torque!
03 Cobra Smokes 02 SS Camaro in Comparision test! WOOHOOO
02 Camaro SS dyno Run
317 RWHP and 340ft lbs of Torque
03 Cobra 1/4 mile time (with head wind)
12.67 at 110.11
02 Camaro SS (with head wind)
13.252 at 106.42
Damn thats not bad at all!
No skidpad #'s but they are suppose to be up!
On a side note... I keep seeing RX7's to the point I am about to get rid of my GT for a 7. Arent ya guys proud? lol
If I find a seller I have located a Few N/A cars for sale around here. I know in the beginning it will be somewhat slower than my 5.0. But hey its a 7!!!!

I know its stang and not a 7 but that aint bad coming straight off the showroom.
Slowly you guys are turning me away from the stang. To the point I want an RX7 over my stang. But will always be true to mustangs.

I like Mustangs as well, it's actually surprising how much power you can get out of em reliably.
My wife is crazy about the older ones so I'll wind up with one sooner or later.
Don't like Camaros.....just....don't.

I don't hate mustangs, but they aren't my favorite. I hate hondas and acuras the most....mustangs are reliable high HP cars(well, they can be). I've grown up w/ my uncles and dad and all there V8 BS...but it was my choice to go rotary(although my dad did have an '81 GS). One of my buddies has 3 mustangs, a '66(being restored) a '69(runs and looks great...show quality) and a '94 cobra that he wrecked a month ago and I think is getting back now after repairs, lol...so don't think I am not around mustangs and don't know anything about them. Most domestic guys I used to run into who started talking trash didn't know that I know more about their cars then they do, lol...its my lil secret though

sorry still get excited when a new stang comes out.... I mean check this...
02 V6 coupe 5 spd 14.91 at 94mph (removed air silencer iced down intake)
02 GT Coupe 5 spd 13.72 at 100mph (straight off the showroom)
03 Mach 1 5 spd 12.97 at 101mph (had slicks)
03 Cobra 12.67 at 110mph (seen times in the 12.4's already)
Thats not bad at all!
