We are happy to announce the PIR Grand Re-Opening Days on February 23 and 24. Saturday February 23, sponsored by Pro Drive Driving School, starts off with an official ribbon cutting by City of Portland council members and is followed by a track walk to see the changes. After a free lunch, we will open the track for pace laps (that is, slow and controlled) behind Pro Drive instructors for a $10.00 donation to Friends of PIR. Saturday is open to anyone who would like to see the track. We will have car and motorcycle pace lap groups.



Saturday evening PIR will host a Drag Race Test and Tune, weather permitting.



Sunday, February 24 we will have lapping at speed. The Oregon Region Porsche Club of America and Cascade Tracktime will host February 24. Go to www.oregonpca.org and select Driver Ed from the menu for the car lapping day. Lunch is provided. This will be your first opportunity to ride/drive the new surface and configuration. Come celebrate the newly improved track and see your friends. We look forward to seeing everyone there.
