I'm back so results are as so. FPR dumping into a bucket: Fuel ressure at 2.5 psi! PERFECT! soooo good news is I found the problem. either the return ine is just too small, which makes no sence cause 12at guys have no porblems with the fuel return, or it's claugged. Which I need an air compressor to unclogg it with. FAWK, I don't have one or know anyone with one!!! So I could get a bigger line and run a new line back to the tank and that'd be perfect. Problem with that is I'm allreaddy $150 over drawn on my acct. What to do, what to do...

I'm betting the line is too small. Just get another feed line from a junk yard.

IIRC, the models that came with a 12A turbo was our GSLSE equivalent sans engine. so my guess is that their fuel lines are/were big enough.

When I was (hell still am to some extent) having issues with my car (SE). I tried Matts compressed air down the return line idea. My pops has a large air compressor for all his shop tools and I hooked that bitch up to the return line. I pushed a lot of psi down that. It pressurized that gas take (So I guess this also checked my seal on the fuel cap) and when I removed the compressed air I had a fountain of gas, a large one with some pressure behind it also, coming out of the return line for a little bit. There was soo much pressure that I have enough time to run back pop the fuel door and open the gas cap.

FYI, watch your eyes, gas is nasty once it gets into them. Trust me.

Good Luck, Have Fun,

Joe
