When I first moved here the club was pretty dead. there was only a few people going to any meetings/events. I tried to maybe get people more motivated. It seemed to work out for a while, until Brian and I found that we were dishing out all the money and time trying to plan events, and babysitting by calling people practically begging them to show up.

I helped a lot of people with car tows, parts, paint jobs, loaning my truck out, feeding people, web site, forum and I really never asked much in return. But thats what a club is about ( I guess). Not to mention the hours and missed lunches I spent working on Apple Blossom last year to make the INWR club get recognized, with my own time and my own money.

I don't really care about going to this BBQ, but I must let Spokanerxdude know that I'm very disapointed in how your handling your duty as president. I thought we were friends, not to mention that Ive done numerous things for you, to be treated like "Oh well". Because of a spat between a few forum members i get the short end of the stick. What the **** have they done for you?

I wanted to attend this BBQ to say good-bye to some of my so called friends....ha ha

I also have some tools of yours spokanerxdude. A couple sanders. If you pm me I will set aside a time you can grab them from the porch or something. PM me if theres anything else I have forgotten.

I do want to thank Brian for being part of my family regardless of any faults my family or I have. Thats a true friend.

So on that note. Good-bye........Good luck....aka David

I have to call BULLSHIT on this one. Whoever these people are that wish the codeblue family not to show need to get over it. For the last year or so, we've had some pretty succesful events, most paid for primarily by the codeblues. You people had no problem showing up for the free **** when they were paying for it all. Apple blossom was an enormous effort, and in support of this club, and others, she put countless hours, and money into that too. They even offered to pay a couple peoples way, out of thier pockets, so they could enjoy the event.

Now, all of the sudden, you guys all want to turn your backs on them! For what reason? I don't think anyone has any valid reason to "blackball" them from this club, or it's events. They've been more than helpful on many, many occasions with parts, painting peoples cars with no benefit to themselves, helping people retreive cars, Etc.... I can't count the number of times they've fed all of us. They've gone out of thier way to make things good for this club, and to try to hold it together. Now, suddenly, all of this is forgotten?

Well, I remember it all, and they are my friends. I consider them to be family, and being the loyal person that I am, I will be with the codeblues during this bbq.

Brian

Again I agree with brian. (are you sure you don't want to be president )

I've been blindsided by all this, had I known the full context of what was going on I would have never allowed it. CODE BLUES are welcome and I INCOURAGE them to attend. The other parties in the mess are also welcome as long as they can leave there personal feelings at home, if they can't then it is best that they stay home. nuff said.

I think we are seriously thinking of going to the races tonight, since this will probably be the last weekend we have a chance to do so. I know The Ray is taking the purple car to the races tonight to race.
