The INWR has absolutely no money. The funding for this bbq has to come from somewhere, and then we have to beg people to show up. Is this a club, or not? In the past, we've had bbq's that have been completely funded by a couple people. Meat is very expensive. At all the bbq's we've passed around a hat for money to try to offset the cost, and build some money up for the club. The most we've ever ended up with was around $30.00, which doesn't even come close to covering the cost of any of it. Is anyone willing to put any money into this, or does it all have to be funded by a couple people again?

I think I have a solution for this. Everyone can bring there own meat, or whatever they'd like for thier main dish, and one side dish. This way all the money isn't coming out of one or two pockets. And if nobody shows up, we''re not stuck with a whole bunch of food, that no one's gonna eat.

I agree Brian. These BBQ usually cost around $150.00 and only two, maybe three people pay for it, so i support your Idea. I'll bring burgers and see if Melody can make some tater salad and a 6'er of pop or something.

Its been mentioned that a few of you wish not to come to this annual BBQ, or any event that the INWR club puts on in the near future, until my family leaves town. (can't be soon enough) I just want to reassure those that feel this way, that I encourage you to support your club and show up for your club events and this BBQ. We are granting your wishes and will NOT be attending this BBQ or any events, meetings any longer that this club puts on, so there are no problems. Good luck, happy life...

I do have to agree with Bstrange99. It does get frustrating when one or two people contribute all their time, and money to make these events happen, while others contribute nothing

I have to call BULLSHIT on this one. Whoever these people are that wish the codeblue family not to show need to get over it. For the last year or so, we've had some pretty succesful events, most paid for primarily by the codeblues. You people had no problem showing up for the free **** when they were paying for it all. Apple blossom was an enormous effort, and in support of this club, and others, she put countless hours, and money into that too. They even offered to pay a couple peoples way, out of thier pockets, so they could enjoy the event.

Now, all of the sudden, you guys all want to turn your backs on them! For what reason? I don't think anyone has any valid reason to "blackball" them from this club, or it's events. They've been more than helpful on many, many occasions with parts, painting peoples cars with no benefit to themselves, helping people retreive cars, Etc.... I can't count the number of times they've fed all of us. They've gone out of thier way to make things good for this club, and to try to hold it together. Now, suddenly, all of this is forgotten?

Well, I remember it all, and they are my friends. I consider them to be family, and being the loyal person that I am, I will be with the codeblues during this bbq.
