Are all flex plates/Counter weights the same?
#11
Problem Solved i am 99% sure!!! Check this OUT> I forgot i had another counter weight laying around. i found it and took a look. I then looked at the one on my engine thru the trap door, well both have a drill hole. But the one on my engine has a Huge Chunk GONE. Looks like it Broke off. too bumpy of a surface for it to have been ground down. How this happend i will never know.. unless it broke at kettles place and i didnt notice. SO as long as all s4 counter weights Dont have a huge chunk missing right near the drill hole then this has got to be the problem. there is a god

If you got 3mm NA rotors than I would have to agree with Kompressor and say those most likely came from a GSL-SE. If only you didn't have an auto this wouldn't be such an issue. I hope you figure your problem out soon.
D shaped exhaust ports aren't a bad thing but I think the D shape is typically what you will see in JDM ported engines. From what I understand it is better to port down on the exhaust ports to avoid too much overlap. I also think that Ito may recommend D shape exhaust porting with the D shape being down and the flat side up top (as long as a small bevel is around the exhaust ports all should be fine).
example from mazdatrix site
If I am wrong about any of that go ahead and shoot me down.

well i dont know what weight to put on then or where to get the correct weight... I cant guess and get my engine together agian for it to not be right.. then i would blow a fuse in my head. there has got to be a place that can take my engine and balance it for me so its ready when it go's in? anyone know of a place? OR if anyone has a fast spinning drill and a helping hand. we could spin her up before i put it back in. Its too much work to take a guess...
