Sucks to deal with custom parts. Makes you appreciate places like Summitt that much more. I have never waited more than 2 days to get my stuff at my house from the time I order it. Unfortunately not much summit stuff works on the 7.

Just a little dig at rotary motors from NaughtyFD. "See how easy parts are for my Chebey!"

I am about to head to the garage to make a valiant effort at putting my car back together. I want to run this week-end.

I have been working the last few nights in the garage fabbing up a way to mount my shifter. I think I have it. My first model aint pretty but it is strong.

Next weekend is my goal to have the car running under its own power.

Take out the rotary and put a LS1 in and no more stupid hoses to worry about.

UIM?? Are you speaking french here Tom?

Crank, rods, pistons, valves, cam enough said. The only hoses coming off my motor are the fuel, nitrous and a brake booster. 3 total. to easy.

Damn I love giving you guys ****!!

I have 5 or 6

If its on the backside of the UIM, remove the IAC valve (black thing) and it will be super easy to get thoes hoses back on. As for the front...small hands help...

Anyone bringing their car to the track tonight?

The better question would probably be is anyones car moving under its own power right now?

I am short one freaking battery cable. Terminal broke. I gotta run to Advanced Auto - but it's 5:30PM & by the time I get up there I will be lucky to get in a couple of runs.

Truth is I will probably wait until Sunday, Sunday, Sunday - but I'm a cable away from being ready. Let's saddle up folks. Season is on.
