hi im new in the rotary scene and i need to know if i can put a stage 1

turbo kit on a non turbo mazda but the thing i need to know if i need a turbo computer ect. and im getting a rebuilt 13b rotary ported and polished from a 87 and im putting it into a 86 and i jus need some help on this

Buy a t2 or drop in a t2 powertrain/efi..
