Problem With Head Unit Install On My Fc
#1
Sup
I Have a '86 Rx7 and i just upgraded form my stock radio Casette deck to a Cd Player head unit. It works fin until I turn on my head lights. When i have turned on my head lights it was before blowing the 15a fuse for my Illumination (all of my dash lights and tails as well). Now taking the risk of totally frying the wires i have put in a 20A fuse in the Illumanation and now when my lights are turned on the cd player turns off and the lights run fine but this is becoming a pain in the *** every time to either completely unhook the cdplayer an then turn on the lights or not have my cdplayer working when the lights are on. I know that its not my wiring i have a wiring diagram and i have checked time and again to find any problems with the wiring. So if any one has any info on how to figure out this situation or any suggestions please email me at nos_nitrous_oxide@hotmail.com
Thank you

Find another 12v hot wire--you have to have something crossed up.
