NEW GUY FORMALITIES
I am the current FNG on this forum, so I thought I would introduce myself.
I currently have a 1984 GSL-SE as my project car. It was delivered about a year ago from California, so the body was very nice and rust-free. I few nicks and scratches and one dent on the pass fender, but that is about it. This is the 3rd 1st Gen I have owned. My 1st was a 79 with just over 300,000 miles when I "put her to rest". If I knew then what I know now, I would have kept her since the VIN was in the neighborhood of 509xxx.
Anyway, enough about me. I am here to learn from those who know more than I, as well as lend any assistance I can provide!
See you around the boards!

The awaited pics have arrived....sorry for delay as well as pic quality. Tough to capture decent shots in the half shade! The car is a 1984 RX7 GSL-SE with the Persimmon Red (only offered in '84 on a limited #)

And this is "close" to what it may look like in the near future....NOT ! MAYBE to a different one, but THIS will remain as stock as possible!

See everyone around the boards ... or in person sometime / somewhere soon

WOW man that's a really clean gsl-se
Thanks. I appreciate the compliment, however those pics came out nicer than expected. She truly is a nice "10 footer", but shows her flaws once closer. I am still in the process of getting her running the way I want her to, then will proceed to the cosmetics. So far I have a color matching set of louvers, front IMSA air dam with fogs, and short shifter awaiting installation. Since purchase, I have been busy with the Tokico blues, RB springs, work on clutch, work on A/C, as well as intake issues.
