I am new to the rotory scene but intrigued. I found a 1963 Morris Minor with a 12b in it on Ebay that I am planning to build for the GRM $2010 challenge. I pulled the motor and trans, and it seems that my motor is frozen, there is some rust on the body and sub-frame, no front shocks, no interior..... a perfect project car.

 

are you going to leave the 12a stock (after rebuild) or build it up some?

That's awesome! Looks like a good rotary candidate. I've been reading GRM for years. If it wasn't so far, I swear I'd get a car in the challenge. It looks to be a ton of fun.

 

should be fun, just not sure what to do to keep the costs down on a rebuild or replacement. Also, not sure how much power I can get for the money. I guess I will find out.... Any suggestions on what to do as far as internal mods if I do the rebuild?
