Im new to this site so i thought that id share a little bit about my rx. im currently building a three rotor 20k for my 1990 rx7. ive got lightweight and comp balanced rotors with 3 inch apex seals. im building a triple throttle body intake with a triple turbo setup(all 3 the same size). in theory i will be pulling 3 to 5 hundred hp per rotor. my friend that used to build race rotary motors told me that it would work i just have to synch up the boost at each rotor. this is my daily driven car mind you. i have in car boost control so i will have anywhere from 3 to 1500 hp at the control of my fingers. i have a full race tein suspension with the e controller. im currently painting the car and im doing and old school rattle can paint. its already looking good and the best is yet to come.

Hi all! Just stumbled in...I've had my 87 rx7 since.......oh for about 4 years now, 2nd hand. Terrible electrical problems, but she runs like a dream. No one thought I could drive UNTIL I happened upon this baby. Any advice on getting my warning buzzer to shut the hell up would be appreciated. Oil and coolant are fine...temp and pressure are kosher too. When I hit bumps in the road the thing will turn off for a bit, then come back on when I hit another bump. Just pm me if you have advice...

Have a good one...drive fast and take chances!!!!!

Bleed the coolant system, make sure all the air is out of the system.

What's up guy's. I'm from Columbus, Ohio. I have a 94" FDS3 touring. I picked it up in May of 2005, bone stock. In October 2005, I blew a coolant hose and ended up melting the coolant seals. Decided to do a full maxed out stock twin build. It was put back on the road in July of 2006 and is still sorting out some tuning. It's quick and fun for now.

Im fairly new here, I live in hawaii and i drive a 86 n/a gxl sport. My first rotary was an 83 gsl and it was a lot of fun but engine blew and i got rid of it for the 86. I have had the 86 for about 6 years now and have done a few mods on it but its smoking now in high rpm because of the oil seals and has a bad tranny.

Recently i was shpping around for a used tranny at a junk yard and i found a totaled 86 t2 with only 42,000 miles. The guy wanted to get rid of so he sold it to me for $350 towed. It was a killer deal the body was rusted but the engine bay, drivrtrain, hood is all in good shape. I parted it out and got rid of the body. Right now im in the process of cleaning engine up, removing emmissions, porting wastegate, and tb mod. There are a few snags the ecu was rusted and the fuel pump. i plan to do the complete engine and drivetrain swap in the next few weeks.

I have the ecu and a walbro on the way but 2 injectors were bad so i want to get 720cc injectors for secondarys and an Rtek1.7. Im still looking for the 720cc so if anyone has any used 720s or 550s in good shape let me know.

I have found this forum to me more than helpfull and proud to be a member. I will try to post some pics soon.

Hello to all. My name is Joe and currently reside in Boise, Idaho. Moving back to Hagerstown, Maryland in June. I own an 83 S with stripped emissions, RB header to straight pipe to RB muffler. Plan to get the RB filter assembly as well. I also own a 75 Mazda Rotary pickup which, unfortunately, has a 20R Toyota motor and transmission in it thanks to the original owner. I've been around Rotaries my whole life and just love them. I've had my 83 for more than a year and the Repu for just a few months. I'm hoping to buy an 89 GXL when I return to MD in June. I plan to be around a bit and hope to contribute my knowledge to others
