The Neon doesn't share ANY components with the SRT-4 WHAT SO EVER. The engine is different, the suspension is different, the drivetrain is TOTALY different, they have NOTHING in common except the asthetics. NOTHING IN COMMON, CAN YOU READ ME, IS THIS GETTING THROUGH? HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

lol... Yea I do respect Dodge for what they've done with the Neon, making the SRT-4. Not only is it cheap, but quite beefy for the money.
I DON'T respect portion of *** holes who drive them. Too many very cocky SRT-4 owners out there.

You quoted me praising his car and I'm cocky?
I already explained what I said because sidewinderx7 said the same thing to me. Read the whole topic. I agree I came off sounding cocky in my original post, but I honestly can't describe how badly he was down talking me when I didn't want to race.

No, the real funny thing is that you are calling the WRX and EVO a "cheap" sports car. I dont think 24k and 30k are cheap at all. Plus those two are pretty damn good cars that can run with the big boys, not like an SRT4 or Mazdaspeed protoge. The srt and others like it are affordable, fun to drive cars that introduce many more people to the passion that we enjoy and we should applaud the car manufacturers for them. They lead to more exposure to the sport compact car scene and more chances of us getting more and better parts. On a side note, i smoked an SRT 4 on the highway from like 50 to 110. I thought the SRT wouldve had the advantage in the top end. Ah well.

They are still a neon. I'd only take one if it was given to me free. Even then I'd trade it in on something else. Yes it is faster than a wrx. But not an evo or sti. I see so many of them around and they all think they are hot ****. then they get spanked. Then just because they can do low 14's and every now and then hit a 13.9 don't mean that the person driving it can get that. (same with anycar.) when those things are tested the are driven by people that do that for a living.
