Happend a few weeks ago..........
Lightning does strike twice........

On my way to the salt mines this morn at 07:00,minding my own business and enjoying the quiet roads.... Then out of the blue I get harrassed,by guess what.........A RX8 !!!!!!!!!!!!! No respect for old cars I think to myself .. .Anyways get to a set of lights..heheheheheh,the oldone has got his "WOLF PACK" hat on.Very sorry to say but I had to show the young man what Old School is about.
On my home tonight,guess what happens again ??? ...... Dont these Rx8 people know about Old School 7's that dont stand still when they idle..heheheheheheh .Have to install an in car camera..........

hate to bury your ego but your turbo upgrade which probably cost you upwards of 5 grand does not even give you the power capability of the stock twins on an fd.

Near sighted FD owners... i've owned and modified them all (Rx3 wagon, Cosmo, REPU, FB, FC, FD and FE)... and until you have, you can only go on what OTHER people say.. i love the FD and I do plan to get another one some day... but its not a god, its just a notch in the belt for mazda..they are all great.

i never said the fd was god i was simply stating a fact. if your upset about the fact you overpaid for an rx8 dont bitch at me
i think its funny you would call me a "near sighted" fd owner when i've owned my first gen for a lot longer .
and my fd gets more looks then any rx8 and is faster then most that dont have an engine swap
you rx8 newbs make me laugh
anyhow, yes stock rx8s and stock turbo fd's both suck i agree with grey gtc completely

the rx8 is an se3p (i dont even own one and i know that)
yeah you sound like such a knowledgable rx8 owner.
oh and yeah you modded an rx3 wagon good for you i guess that makes you some kinda rotary guru now doesn't it
and when i drive anything i compare it to what i drive. so to answer your question rx8.
i have high standards. if you other rotary owners can happily live with lowering your standards for the rx8 then i'm happy for you but i will gladly keep my fd and my older rx7s.

Considering on my VIN number it starts with "JM1FE" I believe it's safe to call it an FE along with SE3P or whatever. You should maybe attempt to "get" the point of a vehicle rather than saying it sucks because it's slower/not as good looking/doesn't handle as well than what you currently drive. Seems like you'd get behind the wheel of an Esprit V8-TT and still think it sucks. Also, a person's knowledge about a vehicle is not measured in if he/she knows the different names for cars.

an that being said i didn't say the rx8 was a decent car just that i didnt think it compares to fd and that it ISN"T FOR ME
if you guys want it and like driving it im happy for you
can we all be friends?
