So i was drivin around in my FC the other night about a week ago...

Pulled up next to a white hatch civic, thought hey this guy sounds like he wants to go at it.

So we both hit it and he just takes off... dude seriously wrecked my pride... =(

So i catch up with him later that night at a local spot all the racers go, and initiated a convo with him.

Turns out its not the stock motor... and hes got twin turbo packed away and a bunch of other mods... pushing over 300 at the wheels.

My mods: Nothing =(

Hey, it was fun though ;p

Twin-Turbo + 4 cylinder = doesn't mix.

A 4-cylinder pushing enough air for 2 turbos to spool...even if it were done...why? The spool-time on that would be horrid and pointless beyond belief.

The Civic being turbo I can believe.

Sounds like a ricer, though.

If it had a CA16B (130HP bydefault on N/A) with a single turbo on it then it could make somewhere in the viscinity of 300HP with a good setup.

Problem would still be the front wheel drive though, anddue to the turbo pressure needed it'd suffer serious lag.

On a track with a few corners an unmodified TII could take it due to understeer from the honda. (had one myself, excluding the turbo though).

If it made 300HP then it'd indeed be able to kill the FC on a straight road :/

Biggest advantage of those civics is low body weight. The FC shell is far heavier (therefor far better balanced in corners)

Indeed. A 300hp turbo Civic is pretty damn fast. I'd say a consistant low to mid 12 second car, depending on traction and RT.

An FC with 300hp would still be a little behind, due to weight, as Mr. Solitaire just explained.
